God's Mercy and Forgiveness
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a beautiful encounter with God's mercy. Through confession, we bring our sins to Christ and receive His forgiveness, healing, and peace.
What Does the Catholic Church Teach?
"Those who approach the sacrament of Penance obtain pardon from God's mercy." (CCC 1422)
Jesus gave the Church the authority to forgive sins in His name. Through the ministry of the priest, Christ reconciles us to Himself and to the Church.
What Does Scripture Say?
"Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained." (John 20:23)
After His Resurrection, Jesus entrusted His Apostles with the ministry of reconciliation and forgiveness.
Why Is Reconciliation Important?
Confession restores our friendship with God, strengthens us against temptation, and brings peace to our hearts. Frequent confession helps us grow in holiness and deepen our relationship with Christ.

- 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 6:00 PM
