Outreach Ministries

The worldwide St. Vincent de Paul Society ( SVdP ) is dedicated to serving the needs of the poor.  The St. James Conference is specifically dedicated to serving all people who need help and live within the St. James Parish boundaries. The conference is made up of volunteers from St. James and other parishes. The boundaries of the parish are - North of Bell Road to Carefree Highway and West of Interstate 17 to 51st Avenue. Your Parish Conference SVdP efforts are ongoing because those in need can be helped but their number cannot be eliminated. "The poor you will always have with you..." Matt 26:11

Adobe Mountain/Black Canyon

This ministry delivers desserts to the boys and girls at these juvenile correctional centers at Thanksgiving. Anyone 18 years of age or older may volunteer to help serve at the correctional centers.
