Ron TenBarge
A retired health care executive whose credentials span diverse professional, community and spiritual positions. He filled leadership roles at regional medical centers, tertiary care medical centers, outpatient clinics and health care systems. He also did health care consulting for several years and directed a medical clinical trial research organization. He served as executive vice president of a health care foundation.
He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force Medical Service Corps followed by appointments at various medical centers, clinics and health care commands around the world. He retired from the air force after 20 years active service.
He holds a bachelor of science in management and a master of business administration in health care.
He is an ordained deacon in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix. He has served at Sister Margaret Mary Parish in Bullhead City, Arizona at our Lady of Lourdes/Prince of Peace Parish in Sun City West and at St James Parish in Glendale, Arizona. He has been appointed a cathedral deacon by the Bishop of the Diocese of Phoenix and served for two terms on the board of directors and chairman of the grants committee of the Catholic Community Foundation in Phoenix.
Deacon Ron and his wife Joyce are the parents of 6 children and 16 grandchildren. They reside in Peoria, Arizona.
