Finance Council
The Finance Council works as advisors to the Pastor. They review the finances of the Parish on an on-going basis and help to report the financial status of the Parish to the parishioners.
The Finance Council members are: Co-Chairs, Scott Frier and Elaine Gress, Peace Agube, Michael McManus, James Volz

Pastoral Council
Members of the Pastoral Council are called to be attentive to all ministries and activities of the parish. They help the pastor as consulters in planning, guiding, and otherwise fostering pastoral activity of the parish. They are attentive to the parish with its special gifts and rich diversity, and address areas of parish life such as worship, spirituality, evangelization, education, service, resources and vocations.
This Council partners closely with the Finance Council and Staff to implement, monitor and maintain the Parish Pastoral Plan. They work to implement policies of the Diocese of Phoenix and St James Parish. They support all parish ministries and recommend activities for the good of the parish. They endeavor to create a better understanding and support of the Roman Catholic faith. Each year they host the Advent and Lenten Missions, and the Parish Picnic.
