The St. James Young at Heart is a social club that meets every Thursday at 12: noon in Room No. 7. Anyone who is 50 years old or older is welcome to join us. We play bingo, cards, games, and enjoy each others’ company. Normally our first meeting of the month is a business meeting followed by bingo and then cards.

The second meeting we celebrate the birthdays of our members during that month and then play cards and socialize.

The third meeting we have a potluck where all the members bring a dish. After the potluck we play cards and socialize.

The fourth meeting of the month we either have a Mass or say prayers and then play bingo.

When there are five Thursdays in a month the Mass and prayers are scheduled for that day rather than the fourth Thursday.

Membership dues are $5.00 per year.

If you are seeking companionship and want to meet new people, Young at Heart would be glad to have you join them. We support our parish and have fun at the same time. You don’t have to be a member of the parish to join the group. During the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, we have special dinners for the members.
